We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Children's Activities Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing children's bookings, ensuring the smooth administrative running of these activities, and developing programmes according to community demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee children's bookings, ensuring seamless execution of activities
  • Ensure the smooth administrative running of children's activity bookings, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Develop activities and programmes according to community demand, taking into account customer preferences and feedback
  • Lead activities for holiday camps, birthday parties, and soft play sessions, creating engaging and safe environments for children
  • Conduct DBS checks as required
