Job Title: Head of Consumer

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Head of Consumer. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the legal services market and ensure that consumers are at the forefront of our decision-making process.

About the Role

The Head of Consumer will be responsible for leading our efforts to promote and protect the interests of consumers in the legal services market. This will involve working closely with our stakeholders, including the Legal Services Board and the Office for Legal Complaints, to ensure that their views are represented and taken into account in our policy development and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our consumer strategy, ensuring that it is aligned with our overall mission and objectives.
  • Work closely with our stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns, and to ensure that their views are represented in our decision-making processes.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on consumer-related issues, including consumer protection, consumer engagement, and consumer policy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including consumer groups, regulatory bodies, and industry partners.
  • Contribute to the development of our policy positions and recommendations, ensuring that they are informed by consumer needs and concerns.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of consumer issues and a proven track record of promoting and protecting consumer interests. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
