Key Responsibilities- Ensure Compliance with Relevant Laws and Regulations
- Mitigate Risks Associated with Business Operations
- Stay Up-to-Date with Laws and Regulations Relative to Procurement and Contracting
- Ensure Contracts Comply with Applicable Laws, Regulations, and Policies
- Identify and Mitigate Potential Legal Risks
- Provide Expert Legal Advice on Contract Negotiations, Procurements, and Dispute Resolution
- Identify Areas for Improvement within Current Procurement Processes and Workflows
- Deliver Training to Internal Teams on Legal Compliance, Contract Management, and Procurement
The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks, with a preference for experience with SRA Standards and Regulations. Additionally, you will possess excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
