Job Opportunity at Klarent Hospitality

We are seeking a skilled Night Auditor to join our team at the 4-star Mercure Daventry Court Hotel & Spa. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide night-hour reception services to guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Complete audits and reports in a timely manner, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with the Night Manager and Night Team to address guest queries and concerns
  • Ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes, maximizing room occupancy and promoting hotel services
  • Utilize up-selling techniques to promote hotel facilities and amenities
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused industry, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability
  • Competent level of IT proficiency, with knowledge of front-of-house equipment and property management systems
