Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide night-hour reception services, ensuring a warm welcome and farewell to our guests
  • Complete audits in a timely manner, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Contribute to the first impressions of our guests, setting the tone for a memorable stay
  • Resolve guest queries efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome and exceeding expectations

  • Participate in training and development opportunities, enhancing your skills and knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel room categories, rates, packages, and promotions, using this knowledge to maximize room occupancy and upsell hotel services
  • Adhere to hotel credit policies, handling foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash transactions with precision
  • Operate front-of-house equipment and property management systems in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Embody our company brand standards, consistently delivering a high-quality experience
