An exciting opportunity has emerged for a dedicated and skilled Lead Renal Care Nurse to become part of a modern and well-equipped Renal Care Facility.
This facility is committed to delivering patient-centered care to individuals with renal conditions and takes pride in the comprehensive support they offer. The team is enthusiastic about providing exceptional care and fostering meaningful relationships with patients. They are seeking a similarly motivated Lead Renal Care Nurse to join their friendly team. The facility features outstanding amenities for both patients and staff.
This position welcomes nurses from diverse UK nursing backgrounds, even those without prior dialysis experience, as comprehensive training will be provided.
As a Lead Renal Care Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and managing care plans for patients with renal conditions
- Setting up and monitoring dialysis equipment and systems
- Assessing pre and post-dialysis care with patients
- Maintaining NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions
- Possessing a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in the UK
- Demonstrating compassion and delivering excellent patient care

Candidate Requirements:
All applicants for the Lead Renal Care Nurse position must hold a valid NMC Registration with no restrictions and must be fully eligible to live and work in the UK. A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in the UK is essential for this role.
