We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a Primary School in Corby, Northamptonshire. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to students with SEN, promoting an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
- Work closely with teachers and external professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Support students with varying disabilities and behavioral needs, fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere.
- Relevant qualifications or experience working in a classroom setting.
- Desirable: SEN experience and a genuine interest in supporting children with special educational needs.
- Ability to work with students of differing disabilities and behavioral needs.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 3.30pm.
- Exceptional training and development opportunities to support your career growth.
- A highly rewarding working environment with a dedicated team.
- Competitive daily rates of £90 to £100 depending on experience.
