Professional Risks Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Risks Team Leader to join our successful and experienced centralised team based out of our new offices in Bath.

As a Professional Risks Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting and managing your team to achieve the required renewals and new business results while adhering to company procedures and regulatory requirements. You will deliver a high standard of customer service and ensure that all roles and tasks are completed as required by your line manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support your team to achieve business results
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Deliver high-quality customer service
  • Complete all roles and tasks as required by your line manager

Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of Professional Risks Insurances
  • Experience in either Broking or Underwriting or both with PI and/or Financial Lines Insurances
  • Strong planning and organisation skills to meet deadlines
