Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager - Motability to join our team and play a key role in driving our growth strategy. As a Marketing Manager - Motability, you will be responsible for managing our Motability client account and developing marketing initiatives to deepen our client relationship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Development: Take ownership of client development and be responsible for growing the client account through the delivery of co-created marketing activities.
  • Marketing Strategies: Ideate and develop marketing strategies and campaigns to deliver on the client's requirements, address their business priorities, and promote smart charging solutions to grow their EV fleet.
  • Knowledge Development: Develop your knowledge of smart EV charging to communicate the sustainability and financial benefits of energy flexibility; educating and giving back to our client and their community.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop marketing collateral, inform content creation and testing, create and present actionable insights, and provide your own suggestions to promote continuous improvement.
  • Project Ownership: Own a marketing project from start to finish to ensure Ohme Ev is the partner of choice for our client.
  • Performance Analysis: Prepare and present on the performance of marketing activities, focusing on actionable insights that you then translate into new workstreams with ROI.
  • Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the wider Digital Marketing Team to provide digital-first marketing solutions.
Requirements
  • Strategic Thinking: A strategic thinker with around 3+ years of experience, who can help develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Innovation: Innovative in creating engaging and compelling marketing campaigns.
  • Digital Marketing: Comfortable with digital marketing and CRM automation technologies to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Community Engagement: Experience in developing community engagement campaigns is beneficial.
  • Data-Driven: Data-driven with experience in using data to demonstrate outcomes/performance.
