Job Title: Senior Financial Auditor

Amazon is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Auditor to join our Worldwide Amazon Stores Internal Audit team. As a Senior Financial Auditor, you will play a critical role in supporting our audit activities and ensuring the integrity of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct financial audits and risk assessments to identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement audit plans, execute project plans, and prepare written findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and implement controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and the Audit Committee, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Represent Internal Audit at various venues, including meetings with stakeholders, management, and board meetings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as accounting, finance, or business.
  • Professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials.
  • Experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
