Role Overview: The Director of Property Asset Management will spearhead collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, particularly focusing on partnerships within the renewable energy sector. This role is pivotal in the development, structuring, and execution of renewable energy initiatives aimed at benefiting our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the origination and execution of renewable energy projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Conduct thorough investment assessments and commercial structuring of renewable assets.
  • Oversee the preparation and negotiation of procurement for new renewable energy assets.
  • Coordinate with various internal departments, including Legal, Tax, and Asset Management, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate regulatory and operational risks associated with energy investments.
  • Prepare comprehensive investment papers and presentations for executive review.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in managing renewable energy projects and transactions.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on long-term strategic vision.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and investment analysis.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
