Senior Interior Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to join our team at mustard | B Corp. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for leading our design team and delivering high-quality projects in the D&B workplace and commercial design sector.

About the Role

  • Lead our design team in delivering projects from consultancy to fit-out, design, and furniture.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with our Head of Design to drive business growth and strategy.
  • Manage and mentor junior designers to ensure their growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suites.
  • High level of proficiency and experience in pitching, presenting, and client-facing work.
  • Experience and high proficiency in conceptual design, technical design, project management, and team management.
  • Experience within prior D&B consultancies within the workplace sector.
