Better Days Recruitment is seeking a Governance and Reporting Lead to support the Head of Governance & Reporting in the governance and reporting responsibilities. The successful candidate will oversee and manage the governance framework and reporting function, ensuring effective implementation and maintenance across the organization. This role will also ensure that all internal and external reporting requirements are met. The Governance and Reporting Lead will work closely with the Head of Governance & Reporting, Group Head of GRC, the Group CISO, the Head of Information Security, and various stakeholders to promote transparency, accountability, and compliance with relevant requirements. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of corporate governance principles, risk management frameworks, and reporting standards. They will also have proven leadership experience in a large, international, and complex organization, with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in governance, compliance, risk management, or a related field. The successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships across the organization and have sound analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. They will also have proficiency in governance and reporting software tools. Please note that this role has been deemed inside IR35, and you will need to work through an umbrella company if successful. The Governance and Reporting Lead will be responsible for the following key areas:

* Overseeing and managing the governance framework and reporting function
* Ensuring effective implementation and maintenance of governance across the organization
* Ensuring all internal and external reporting requirements are met
* Working closely with stakeholders to promote transparency, accountability, and compliance
* Building strong relationships across the organization
