Job Description

Maru Search & Consultancy, a CRG Company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Payroll and Reward. This is a permanent position within a large leading construction company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of two team managers and 20 indirect reports across payroll, pension, and reward resources.
  • Support the administration of both the monthly and weekly payrolls, as well as reward and benefit administration.
  • Develop and implement effective payroll and reward strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize payroll and reward operations.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in a similar role within a large, complex organization.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in the reward and payroll operations space.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
