GSL Education is currently working with a variety of schools in Farnborough, supporting their staffing needs. We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support teachers and pupils in a challenging behaviour environment
  • Help students engage in their learning and develop positive relationships
  • Work collaboratively with the school team to improve student outcomes
Requirements:
  • Comfortable working in environments with challenging behaviour
  • Passion and desire to work with students who have additional needs
  • Availability to work 5 days per week
Desirable Experience:
  • SEMH / PRU settings
  • Youth Work
  • Police or Army
  • Sports coaches and mentors
  • Graduates in Sport, Psychology, Drama and Counselling and Therapy
