About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Coordinator to join the Maiden Erlegh Trust team. As a founding member of our school, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional customer service to our students, staff, and local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage operational matters relating to lettings, ensuring proactive and efficient service delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our students, staff, and local community, developing positive and caring relationships.
  • Manage and maintain the school's facilities, including health and safety protocols, to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the school and its stakeholders, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service and facilities management, with a strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, students, and local community.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
