Job Summary

Forge Talent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Financial Reporting to join their team. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for leading the financial reporting function and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 6 people to ensure the successful delivery of financial reporting tasks
  • Oversee the preparation of full financial statements under UK GAAP
  • Assist with statutory audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Collaborate with the finance and FP&A teams to drive business growth and improvement
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure a smooth audit process
  • Prepare group half and full year financial statements, as well as group consolidation and reporting for 10+ global entities
Requirements
  • Experienced interim finance professional with a strong background in financial reporting
  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent)
  • Effective communicator and team player with a drive to deliver results
  • Technically astute with a keen eye for detail
