About the Role

As a Night Care Supervisor at Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited, you will be responsible for leading a small team of care assistants and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a team of care assistants to deliver exceptional care to residents
  • Monitor and review residents' care plans to ensure they are being met
  • Conduct regular supervisions and one-to-one meetings with care assistants to discuss performance and development
  • Perform care assistant duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the care home
  • Take the lead in emergency situations and provide support to staff and residents as needed

Requirements
