Your Role at Signature

As a Night Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a small team of care assistants, ensuring they receive the necessary support and guidance to deliver exceptional care to our residents. You will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing residents' care plans, ensuring they are adhered to by all team members. You will also be responsible for recording and reporting residents' daily progress accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of care assistants to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Monitor and review residents' care plans to ensure they are up-to-date and accurate
  • Record and report residents' daily progress to ensure continuity of care
  • Perform care assistant duties as required to support the team
  • Take the lead in emergency situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents and staff
