About the Role

As a Property Valuer at haart, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, generating new and repeat business, and marketing properties to buyers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to generate new and repeat business
  • Focus on marketing properties to buyers using various marketing skills
  • Gain new instructions for properties to market
  • Complete contracts on properties
  • Upsell additional products
  • Prepare brochures for each property with photos and written descriptions
  • Canvass the local area and engage in door knocking and leaflet dropping
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
