Role Overview
As the Operational Change Management Team Leader, you will collaborate with Business Specialists to facilitate support and ensure alignment with our change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of Operations and Delivery Leads in preparing the organization for change and promoting user engagement.
- Collaborate with both Business As Usual (BAU) and Change teams to design and execute a comprehensive operational change management framework that delivers sustainable business and personnel outcomes, while ensuring compliance with business and regulatory standards.
- Ensure that Business Specialists are well-informed about developments within the change portfolio, operational processes, and regulatory requirements. Advocate for best practices in operational change management and provide expert guidance to team members and the project/change community.
Qualifications and Experience
We seek candidates with a strong background in customer service processes within a financial context.
- Demonstrated experience in defining and approving business requirements.
