About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our Court of Protection team. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for managing a high-value and complex caseload, while also taking on leadership duties for a small team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of high-value and complex cases within the Court of Protection
  • Lead a small team, providing coaching, mentoring, and goal setting
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the business and deliver excellent client service
  • Proactively undertake business development activities to support Partners in growing the business
  • Lead on client work, ensuring seamless service delivery
About You

We are looking for an Associate/Senior Associate with a personable nature, who thinks critically, enjoys solving problems, and has a passion for Court of Protection matters. Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualified lawyer either via traditional SRA route or CILEX
  • Ability to effectively supervise and lead small teams to success
  • Aptitude for business development and a passion for growing strong client and referrer relationships
  • Ability to manage complex caseloads while maintaining attention to detail and a seamless service for clients
  • Demonstratable technical experience gained within Court of Protection and an understanding of the litigation process
