Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Lead the effort in nurturing and expanding long-term client relationships, while identifying new avenues to enhance the service provided.
  • Strategic Insight: Offer a strategic perspective on clients' needs and objectives, while maintaining a hands-on approach to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 2-3 Account Managers/Executives.
  • Mentorship: Guide junior team members, promoting their growth and development within the agency.
  • Business Development: Participate in new business initiatives by crafting pitches and presentations.

Qualifications

  • Agency Experience: A minimum of 4-5 years in an agency environment.
  • Proven Track Record: Currently operating at the Account Director level, with a solid background in B2B PR, especially in professional services, commercial property, construction, or legal sectors.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically while executing tactical plans effectively.
  • Professional Demeanor: A mature and confident approach, capable of inspiring trust and confidence in clients.
  • Commercial Acumen: Business-savvy with a strong interest in new business and growth opportunities.
  • Mentoring Enthusiasm: Passionate about mentoring and developing junior team members.
