Job Title: Cybersecurity Engineer

At TWX, we're seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to join our expanding team. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you'll play a vital role in managing and optimizing cybersecurity tools for our customers, ensuring smooth operation and continuous monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Tech Assist services, managing and optimizing cybersecurity tools for customers.
  • Provide 2nd line support to internal staff, handling troubleshooting and escalating technical issues when necessary.
  • Deploy and manage devices using Microsoft Intune, ensuring seamless functionality and operation of internal systems.
  • Assist customers with IoT solutions, particularly in medical and manufacturing sectors, ensuring security and optimal connectivity.
  • Network troubleshooting, including DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and other core networking protocols, across various environments, supporting both IoT devices and internal infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts such as IP addressing, subnet masks, routing, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs.
  • Cybersecurity knowledge: understanding of cyber risks, Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs), and emerging threats.
  • Microsoft Intune: Experience supporting IoT environments, ideally within medical or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks, particularly in networking and cybersecurity.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a 2nd line support role, preferably in cybersecurity or IT operations.
  • Hands-on experience with networking, device management, and troubleshooting.
  • Solid grasp of cybersecurity threats and solutions to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
