About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Performance and Risk Analyst to join our Wealth Management division. As a key member of our performance and risk team, you will work closely with our analysts and the wider middle office department to support the front office, investment team, and senior management with performance measurement, attribution analysis, and monitoring data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide long and short-term performance statistics from internal systems or first principles as appropriate.
  • Contribute to attribution analysis and calculation of ex-post risk measures.
  • Provide performance and asset allocation data to third parties.
  • Answer ad-hoc performance queries from the front office and investment team.
  • Assist with relevant projects, including system upgrades, acquisitions, and new initiatives.
  • Help streamline processes and write procedural documentation.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a performance or similar role.
  • Excellent IT skills, specifically Microsoft Excel.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with VBA in Excel.
  • Knowledge of market data systems (LIPPER/Morningstar/DataStream).
  • Knowledge of third-party performance systems (Style Analytics/EIKON).
