At Leverton Search, we are seeking a highly skilled Performance Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the calculation, production, and reporting of fund, benchmark, and peer performance and attribution over various frequencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the calculation, production, and reporting of fund, benchmark, and peer performance and attribution over various frequencies.
  • Support the development and improvement of performance and attribution reports, processes, and system configuration.
  • Engage with various stakeholders in the business, including Portfolio Managers, Investment Teams, Client Groups, Marketing, and Ops.
  • Assist with daily ad hoc requests and query investigations.
  • Support the client services team with portfolio, performance, and risk queries.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Asset Management, in Performance across asset classes.
  • Strong academic background.
  • Strong communication, analytical skills, and confidence.
  • Industry-relevant qualifications, IMC or CFA (Level 1), would be preferred.
  • Some knowledge of SQL, Factset, and Python would be beneficial.
  • Advanced MS Office abilities, particularly in VBA and Excel.
