Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bus and Coach Driver to join our team as an End Point Assessor. As a key member of our assessment team, you will be responsible for assessing the competence of apprentices in the Passenger Transport Driver standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the occupational expertise and knowledge of apprentices in the relevant areas of the Passenger Transport Driver standard.
  • Hold qualifications or have undertaken training that has legislative and technical relevance to the Passenger Transport Driver Apprenticeship Standard.
  • Assess the competence of apprentices in line with the requirements set out in the assessment plan.
  • Produce clear, accurate, and concise written reports that provide assessment decisions, constructive feedback, and grading decisions.
  • Use standardized assessment principles as set out by Highfield Assessment.
  • Be IT proficient, including the use of web conferencing software.
  • Hold a driving license and have access to a vehicle.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be able to work independently and lead a team if required.
  • Have an understanding of apprenticeship standards, particularly the Passenger Transport Driver standard.
  • Be able to travel across the UK and agree to overnight stays away from home if required.
  • Hold an IQA assessor award.

Requirements
