We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Strategy and Partnerships Manager to join our team at AXA UK. As a key liaison between the Commercial Data team and the business, you will play a critical role in driving data maturity and literacy within our dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact between the Commercial Data team and the business, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business requirements and translate them into data requirements, fostering data ownership and stewardship within the business.
- Work closely with the business to create short- and long-term roadmaps of strategic Consumer Duty data requirements, aligned with the company's 24-28 strategy and initiatives.
- Take ownership of the health of Consumer Duty data-related business projects, including value creation and benefits realization.
- Communicate Commercial-wide data literacy initiatives, such as training, access, and adoption of PowerBI, to ensure seamless adoption across the business.
- Support the business in embedding Consumer Duty data ownership and stewardship principles, promoting responsibility and accountability within business teams.
- Drive strategic transformation and data agenda, conceptualizing innovative strategies and solutions to demonstrate the art of the possible to the business.
- Determine business demand priorities and create project business cases for approval by governing bodies.
- Oversee data projects and initiatives in the business, working closely with central data teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Partner with various Data functions to capture high-level requirements for solution and tooling needs, sharing insights with the Data team in Commercial and AXA UK.
- Proven experience in data partnering in complex organizations with geographically dispersed employees.
- Successful track record of managing the data agenda, involving multiple stakeholders, from start to finish.
- Ability to balance customer and business value needs and results over solutions.
- Strong strategic and operational understanding of data, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive annual salary of up to £75,000, dependent on experience.
