Development Strategy Manager

Warburtons, a fifth-generation family-owned bakery, is seeking a skilled Development Management Manager to drive business growth through the development of its channel strategy. As a key member of the team, you will leverage consumer and channel insights to identify opportunities and develop scalable long-term commercial execution plans.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute channel strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans and generate demand.
- Manage relationships within existing channels and define and execute channel growth strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activity to inform business decisions.
- Develop and implement business plans that align Warburtons' propositions with the needs of new channels.
- Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities aligned with category strategies and consumer insights.
