Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for clients seeking technical support and product guidance, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Communication with clients will occur via phone or video.
  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding their inquiries and issues.
  • Coordinate responses for customer issues that span multiple products or require collaboration with third parties, ensuring a unified approach.
  • Conduct remote troubleshooting using diagnostic methods and relevant questioning techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, problems, queries, and requests, ensuring the issue/ticket database is updated and that issues are prioritized correctly.
