Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Youth Development Lead to join our team in Newcastle. As a key member of our outreach team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies to engage with young people and partners in the local area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and attend showcase events with our partners and young people to promote our programmes and services.
- Develop and implement creative outreach strategies to engage with young people and partners in the local area.
- Work closely with our virtual team to develop and implement a recruitment plan for the local area.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with agencies and partner organisations to refer eligible young people to The Trust.
- Accurately document information about our young people, volunteers, and partners to ensure our records are up-to-date and accurate.
