About the Role:
Our client partners with a well-regarded estate agency network, and we are eager to enhance their team by recruiting a skilled and self-driven Mortgage & Protection Consultant.
What We Offer:
- Realistic OTE of £75,000+ in your initial year
- Up to 70% commission split post introducer fees
- Qualified lead generation from the eight branches you will collaborate with
- Flexible working model available, enabling you to operate from both our offices and your home
- Start-up packages to assist you during the initial months
- Option to establish a limited company for enhanced flexibility
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert mortgage guidance to clients seeking to purchase or refinance properties
- Develop and sustain a robust relationship with the estate agency team, offering support and training to generate referrals and leads
- Proactively attract new clients and business opportunities
- Provide outstanding client service and navigate them through the application process, ensuring a seamless experience
- Stay informed about the mortgage market and emerging trends
- Maintain strict compliance with financial regulations, upholding the highest ethical standards
Qualifications and Experience:
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- CeMAP or equivalent certification
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Mortgage Consultant, ideally within the estate agency sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
- A proven track record of meeting and surpassing targets, ensuring clients are well-protected
- Must be within a reasonable commuting distance of the designated area
