Job Title: Site Manager

CSC Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee a 40-week project, managing three sites and delivering external and internal stone work refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage internal trades to deliver high-quality results and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide regular progress reports to the visiting contracts manager, highlighting key milestones and any areas of concern.
  • Liaise with clients to update them on project developments and ensure their expectations are met.
  • Ensure all aspects of health and safety are met, including conducting regular site inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct weekly site meetings to discuss progress, address any issues, and set clear goals for the upcoming week.
Requirements:
