Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Coordinate and manage all construction activities on-site
- Oversee the scheduling of subcontractors and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or potential risks
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and change orders
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using construction management software and tools

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £36,806.88-£61,303.31 per year
