About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and committed Teaching Assistant to join our Education team on a bank basis. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside the class teacher, assisting a small group of children with their work and supporting with pupil behaviour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and supporting children with their work
  • Support pupils with their behaviour and establish good relationships with them
  • Act as a role model and respond to individual needs
  • Work in a calm, purposeful and caring environment
About Us

Clay Hill School is an independent specialist day school for young people with autistic spectrum conditions (ASC) and associated complex needs. We provide education for young people aged 5 to 19 years.

We offer a wholly integrated and highly effective provision, providing small group education, individualised therapy, and a carefully constructed curriculum that develops a love of learning and gives our young people the best possible outcomes.
