About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 2nd Line Systems Administrator to join our team at CBSbutler Holdings Limited trading as CBSbutler. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our high-profile user community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining our IT systems, identifying and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and stakeholders, ensuring that their IT needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with our 1st Line Support team to ensure seamless escalation and resolution of technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our IT systems, including Windows servers and virtualization technologies such as VMWare and HyperV.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our IT services and support.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working at a 2nd Line level in a similar IT support role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows servers and virtualization technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Security Clearance is required for this role.
