Job Title: Case Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Worker to join our team. As a Case Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to our service users, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

About the Role:

As a Case Worker, you will be responsible for working closely with residents to manage their needs, identifying goals and providing the necessary support to help them achieve them. This will involve liaising with other agencies, such as landlords and homeless prevention teams, to ensure that our service users receive the support they need to maintain their tenancies.

You will also be responsible for supporting service users to organise their finances and promote their independence. This may involve providing guidance on budgeting, benefits, and other financial matters, as well as helping them to access local resources and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with residents to identify their needs and goals
  • Provide person-centred support to help residents achieve their goals
  • Liaise with other agencies to ensure that residents receive the support they need
  • Support residents to organise their finances and promote their independence
  • Provide guidance on budgeting, benefits, and other financial matters
  • Help residents to access local resources and services
What You'll Need:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in a tenancy support or mental health setting, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work collaboratively with others, including residents, colleagues, and external agencies.

In addition, you will need to have a UK driver's license and access to a car, as you will be required to travel to meet with residents and attend meetings with other agencies.
