Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Transformation Manager to join our team at KPMG-UnitedKingdom. As a key member of our Global Compliance and Transformation team, you will play a critical role in helping multinational groups and financial services clients manage their global tax compliance, reporting, and statutory accounting obligations.

About the Role

As a Tax Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for project managing the overall delivery of global and large tax transformation and technology projects. You will work closely with clients to design, build, and deploy ERP and tax automation solutions that are tailored to their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project manage global and large tax transformation and technology projects
  • Help clients design, build, and deploy ERP and tax automation solutions
  • Support clients in understanding the importance of tax and the optimal way to address tax requirements in their countries
  • Work with other Tax Transformation colleagues and groups in KPMG to deliver client projects
  • Develop robust global governance and process frameworks for clients
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships
  • Line manage assistant managers and graduate trainees and oversee the output of offshore resources
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication skills, both internally and externally, and be able to drive forward propositions and key initiatives. You will also need to have experience in process, risk, and controls design, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with impact.

We welcome applications from those qualified by experience, as well as ATT/CTA/ACA or equivalent qualifications. Project Management qualifications, along with specific transformation skills (Lean Six Sigma), are also desirable.
