About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate, Commercial Paralegal to join our team at Thornton Legal. As a key member of our Corporate, Commercial team, you will be responsible for assisting with a diverse range of Corporate and Commercial law matters, including Sales, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Commercial and Contract Law, and Intellectual Property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with a mixed case load of Corporate/Commercial law matters
  • Work alongside an experienced and supportive team
  • Expand your knowledge and develop your career further

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months previous Paralegal/Legal Assistant experience within Company/Commercial Law
  • Completed the LPC with an elective in Corporate/Commercial subjects
  • Well-organized, good attention to detail, excellent work ethos
  • Able to work individually and as part of a team

What We Offer:

  • Salary in the region of £22,000, depending on experience
