The Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Showroom Manager to lead our new Rolex Boutique on London's iconic Bond Street. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, driving sales, and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a client-centric strategy to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Coach and support a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Optimize hospitality to create unique and memorable client interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and loyalty.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
- Play an active role on the sales floor to lead by example and ensure a welcoming environment in the boutique.
- Identify efficiencies and enhance best practices to drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with all Watches of Switzerland and Rolex procedures.
- Collaborate with senior management to recruit, retain, and develop talent.
- Develop and execute development plans for each employee within your team.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a senior retail management role, ideally within a premium or luxury brand.
- Experience in managing and developing a high-performing team.
- Passion for retail and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Commercially focused with a strong understanding of sales and revenue growth.
- Experience working with a CRM system.
