About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at MorePeople. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing detailed financial analysis of our business units, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and presentations to support business decision-making.
  • Manage project expenditure against budgeted financials, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Deliver timely and accurate information to management teams to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Perform real-time analysis of key performance indicators, including labour productivity, yield per square meter, sales by unit, and yield on purchased crop.
  • Conduct real-time analysis of labour, percentage cut, yield, sales, and seed requirements to optimize business performance.
  • Develop and implement future pricing models based on market trends, external factors, and real-time data.
  • Benchmark our business units and the company as a whole against industry standards and competitors.

Requirements:

  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize a busy workload and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across various disciplines.
  • Strong commercial acumen and administrative skills, with a focus on financial analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to provide proactive support to our senior management team and board.
  • Ideally, part or fully qualified in a relevant field (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
