- Oversee kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Qualifications and Essential Attributes:
- Proficient in English communication
- Prior experience in a Sous Chef position or higher
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Health and Safety and Food Hygiene certifications (minimum level 2)
