Accounts & Payroll Assistant

Four Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a company in Atherton to find a dedicated Accounts & Payroll Assistant to join their cohesive team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and prepare monthly payroll
  • Generate weekly sales reports and process sales invoices
  • Handle purchase invoice processing and manage supplier payments
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash
  • Perform general office duties and respond to phone inquiries
  • Reconcile balance sheets and maintain accurate financial records
Desired Attributes and Skills:
  • Experience with Sage Payroll is preferred
  • Proficiency in Sales and Purchase Ledger management, with some payroll experience
  • Strong skills in transaction processing and excellent organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills for customer and external contact interactions
