We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Hilti Corporation. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition function, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top sales talent to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify high-caliber sales talent, leveraging various search methods and techniques to diversify and develop our external talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to take a detailed brief on roles, asking the right questions to understand hiring manager requirements and translate this into a sourcing strategy.
- Utilize our TRM system (Beamery) to build and identify candidates from relevant talent pools and referrals who match open vacancies, and manage the candidate journey of these individuals.
- Conduct job and industry market intelligence, candidate and competitor analysis, and utilize tools to open doors to passive and active candidates.
- Craft engaging and personalized approaches to prospective candidates, as well as the ability to sell Hilti's value proposition to passive candidates who may not be aware of our company.
- Screen and shortlist direct applications for designated areas, managing stakeholders effectively and working in close partnership with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition for the area.
- Conduct in-depth screenings of potential candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences and sell Hilti's proposition to passive candidates.
- Focus on delivering top results for the area, identifying search priorities based on days open, application numbers, and conversion rates, adjusting the search strategy to deliver the best result in the shortest timeframe.
- Maintain a strong external network in the sourcing community, sharing innovation and best practices internally.
- Raise Hilti's profile as an employer of choice, promoting vacancies through LinkedIn and creating and sharing regular, relevant, and engaging communication.
- Report data and insights back to the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers.
- Understanding of search methodology and proven experience using advanced searching techniques, ideally in an agency environment.
- Experience of building and engaging diverse candidate talent pools and pipelines.
- Proven focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience and developing a true understanding of the candidate market.
- Prospecting and networking skills, especially via online social networks.
- Proactive approach to process improvement and communication.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication/influencing skills.
- Enjoys working towards targets and able to work to defined performance KPIs.
- Resilience to deal with multiple priorities and a high-volume, always-on recruitment cycle.
- Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and TRM systems.
- Data-driven and experience reporting data such as candidate funnel, conversion rates, and more.
- Passion for talent acquisition and desire to help create a best-in-class function.
