We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Owner of a leading international contemporary art gallery in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of providing administrative support to senior executives and a deep understanding of the art industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a gatekeeper, managing the Owner's schedule and ensuring seamless communication with the senior leadership team and external stakeholders.
- Maintain the immaculate presentation of the gallery's office, viewing room, and meeting spaces.
- Oversee all gallery activity, including internal and external communications, and coordinate with the Gallery Manager to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
- Provide diary and itinerary management, prioritizing and processing incoming communications, and drafting responses on behalf of the Owner.
- Copy edit internal and external documents, including press releases and important emails, to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Excellent administrative skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the art industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Confident and proactive approach, with a willingness to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities.
