We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Manager to join our client's team in Bourne, Lincolnshire. As a key member of the Sales Ledger team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Ledger Clerks and ensuring the prompt collection of monies owed.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a credit control strategy to manage debt effectively.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Manage the sales ledger team to ensure accurate and timely reconciliations.
- Assist in negotiating credit insurance and communicating with the insurer regarding aged debt.
- Previous experience in accounts receivable and credit risk management.
