About the Role...

As a Senior Power Platform Consultant at 83zero, you will leverage your extensive expertise across the Power Platform to enhance our client projects. Your role will encompass a blend of technical and functional capabilities, enabling you to design applications, provide strategic solutions, facilitate discussions, and promote the adoption of the Power Platform.

In collaboration with teams on large-scale projects or independently for shorter engagements, you will ensure that solutions align with the needs and objectives of our clients. We pride ourselves on delivering innovative solutions, utilizing the complete suite of Power Platform applications and beyond. You will define comprehensive solutions that meet client requirements, integrating the broader Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure and Dynamics 365. A key aspect of your role will be a strong emphasis on DevOps practices, essential for delivering enterprise-level solutions.

Your Responsibilities...

  • Engage with stakeholders to identify user requirements and foster strong relationships.
  • Lead the design, development, and execution of Power Platform solutions tailored to user needs within a collaborative delivery team.
  • Serve as a technical authority, creating high-quality applications, both model-driven and canvas, along with enterprise-scale Power Automate Cloud Flow solutions.
  • Advise on governance principles and best practices to empower every Power Platform developer.
  • Develop solutions as part of an agile team using declarative tools, supported by Microsoft and our proprietary technical accelerators. You will contribute to teams that adhere to software engineering best practices and have a voice in solution design.

Your Skills and Experience...

  • A genuine enthusiasm for the Power Platform, its technologies, and capabilities, along with an understanding of its limitations.
  • Practical experience with Dataverse and Dataverse for Teams in the context of Power Platform implementations.
  • Hands-on experience in establishing Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD), preferably using Azure DevOps.
  • A commitment to industry standards and best practices in designing and building Power Platform solutions.
  • A focus on achieving positive outcomes for clients, regardless of project scale.
  • Experience working within an agile framework, collaborating in teams within a commercial setting.
