Job Summary:

James Gray Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team in the UK construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of projects, predominantly flat developments, and ensuring that all homes meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contractually responsible for a range of projects, including flat developments, to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Ensure sufficient resources are allocated to each project to guarantee a smooth start on site.
  • Set a positive example in health and safety practices, organization, professionalism, and quality of work.
  • Guarantee that all homes meet the highest quality standards, complying with NHBC and Building Regulations.

Requirements:

  • A team player with the ability to successfully lead and manage a team.
  • Experience in flat development projects would be advantageous.
  • NVQ Level 5 in Construction Management or a trade background.
  • Extensive knowledge of regulations and build requirements, including NHBC, H&S, and Building Regulations.
  • Comprehensive expertise and diverse experience in interacting with customers, including providing information and guidance, addressing customer concerns, and adhering to company protocols.
