CB3 Associates Ltd is a dynamic and expanding IFA firm seeking an experienced Financial Planning Assistant/Paraplanner to join their back-office support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support high-performing financial advisers in HNW client circles with research and suitability report writing workload.
- Process all new and existing business, including product research and full suitability report writing.
- Coordinate client review meetings, arrange meetings with financial advisers, and prepare client valuation and review meeting packs.
- Complete details from fact finds on the IO system and issue recommendation reports to clients.
- Obtain LOAs, fund switches, and ensure client files are fully FCA compliant.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range of £32-35k base + discretionary bonus.
- Full company benefits package, including 8% pension, 4x DS, and private medical cover.
- 25 days of holiday + statutory holidays and working hours of 8.30am-5pm Mon-Thurs, 8.30am-1pm Friday.
