Paraplanner Job Description

Lime People Search & Select Ltd is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our team. As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial advisors in the preparation of financial plans and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support in the preparation of non-client facing documentation, including financial plans and reports.
  • Conduct research and produce client recommendations, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered and presented in a clear and concise manner.
  • Write reports as directed, using your technical knowledge and skills to present complex information in a clear and concise way.
  • Provide technical support and backup to our directors, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Carry out client portfolio reviews, analyzing data and making recommendations to improve client outcomes.
  • Assist with the smooth running of the department, supporting our directors and ensuring compliance with company procedures.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of financial planning principles. If you have a Level 4 Diploma in Paraplanning or are close to achieving it, and have experience working in a similar role, we would love to hear from you.
